Planning an event can be an extremely fun and can be a great opportunity to mingle and meet new people. An event can be put on about anything and everything! It can be a wedding, birthday, Bat Mitzvah, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas Corporate party or even a special date with someone. Whatever it is, it can always be the talk of the town with good planning and precise execution.

Planning to host an event can be exciting! Or it can be exhausting without a solid plan. Before kicking off the event planning, one should know what the goal or objective is of an event. This will serve as a starting point or guidance for the whole planning process.

The Diva Sparty’s creation is to have a spa party in the house of the hostess, in which her and the attendees will celebrate “Girl Power” and womanhood. At this point the hostess should come up with a feasible date that works for her and the majority of her guests. She can now choose the time and the place for the spa party.

In designing the event, the hostess started her invitations. She used her favorite colors, pink and Tiffany blue. Based on the color motif inspiration, the hostess expanded her event design and elements with the event’s goal of celebrating womanhood in mind. She decided to use a woman’s silhouette as a logo for her event and invitations.

The hostess decorated her home with the coordinating colors. She added elements related to spa, such as creating a spa bar with beautifully hand-crafted items, such as soaps, lotions and perfumes. She also included make-up products, lip balm, brushes, nail polish and robes. This creatively fantastic spa had all of the essential tools and products that would make this event a success.  There were also beautifully aromatic candles strategically placed around the home to make a statement when guests arrived, making for a more delightful experience. Guests were welcomed with this aroma and could expect for more delightful experience. She also provided sweet treats with spa designs from a local bakery in town.

Before the event, the hostess booked service providers such as a Make-up Artist, Hairstylist and Nail Technician. These professionals were vital to the success of the womanhood spa party and were not just entertainment for her guests but were also essential to the well-being of each party goer. Having professionals in the spa department present helped bring the party to life and brought ease and comfort to the hostess and attendees.

At the end of the event, guests received goody bags with all spa kit essentials you can think of, as a remembrance of this occasion. Guests left invigorated, refreshed and extremely happy. Attendees were very delighted and eager for the next spa party as this one went superbly well! They were especially pleased with the services provided and consideredthem the highlight of the party and coined this an absolutely unforgettable experience!
